Leaders are you investing in you too?

A mistake I see many leaders make is to invest in their people but not in them self.

You might know a lot already, you might think you don’t have time to learn right now, and yet you must.

You must make time to grow 🪴
You must make space for yourself 💃🕺🏼
You must be prepared to be a rookie again 🤦🤦🏼‍♀️
You must put yourself in rooms where you are the dumbest in the room 👩‍🎓🧑🏼‍🎓

Your people only grow as far as you grow. The leader sets the tone.
