Starting the New Year with Gratitude

Happy New Year!

I hope whatever your celebrations looked like - whether you partied with loved ones or enjoyed a peaceful evening at home - they brought you joy. The New Year always has me thinking about the past 12 months - what it taught me, what I’m grateful for, and the intentions I want to set moving forward.

Writing my annual gratitude letter is one of my favourite traditions. It gives me the chance to pause, reflect on the challenges and joys of the past year, and honour the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

This year, I’m especially grateful for the incredible people and experiences that have shaped this journey - including you. I hope this letter brings a sense of appreciation and inspiration as we step into the year ahead together.

I’d love for you to take a moment to read it today - it’s my way of sharing my heart with you and starting the new year on a note of appreciation and hope. And if it inspires you to write your own I've added the 10 questions I answered in mine.
